Calm down. These things are easily procured. I understand the frustration, but this is not worth losing it over. Ask yourself, "Is this the battle I want to be remembered for?"

These things don't take a great deal of time to have reproduced. Yes, there exists a lot or protocol and bureacracy but there is a reason. Finally, don't blame these agencies. It is not their fault the situation you are in.
