I developed agranulocytosis last November and had to quit instantly.. 3 days later also had to quit my MAOI and PPI (stomach medicine) because they can also cause agranulocytosis and my levels weren't improving yet.

I was allowed to take nightly lorazepam, and oxazepam during the day, instead of as PRN. It went better than expected in some ways but it was hellish. I didn't take the oxazepam daily for long - less than a week I think - because I felt I could do without (so as a PRN again instead of 3 times a day) and I could. Lorazepam took longer, also had to increase the dose a few times.. it's also back to PRN now but I'm still not sleeping right.

Quitting the clozapine significantly increased my bad dreams - both PTSD memory dreams, and just disturbing dreams - and my daytime trauma thoughts.

I want back on.
Thanks for this!
