Thanks, I've been at this for years with books etc too.

I just bought two on Amazon now that seem to be really specific to some of my issues, I hope they are good (it's RO DBT, the books are brand new editions). Supposedly the previous therapist is trained in CBT but...

Glad if you found them enlightening in any way. I have goals, having trouble with getting activated, have had this problem for years but also still trying to clear away toxic stuff. It's all happening at once...
