Thanks for that recipe, I looked it up online. I'll try your recipe too, since I have the coconut oil. I still didn't get around to making one yet though! Gus, I find my blood sugars don't really go down with exercise, maybe its because I'm not going outside. Housework is exercise to me, but that's because I don't go for walks too much in the winter.
I've tried stevia years ago and I didn't like the taste. I don't like the artificial sweeteners too much. I drink my coffee and tea without sugar. Just a bit of milk and cream. I still think that having high cortisol is part of my problem with blood sugar. I have high cholestoral too... was supposed to get the gallbladder out years ago but it turns out I'm doing fine with it still in.
If I need something a bit sweet, I just use plain table sugar. I've been doing better with my eating better foods for me ,so I'm just a bit proud of myself for trying harder. Best wishes to you all.
