Yep, I absolutely HATE calling my therapist. No issues using the phone for other things, but I'd 10000% rather email than call for anything therapy-related. Unfortunately my therapist doesn't like using email for anything time-sensitive, so he encourages phone calls unless it's a scheduling thing or something that can wait a few days for a response. And so I'm currently debating with myself over whether a medication question/issue is REALLY important enough to warrant leaving a voicemail/waiting for a call back/speaking with him/etc. where I suspect I would have just emailed already if he hadn't so strongly urged me to call instead.
