Today. Did good on calories and macros, though I always seem to get more sugar and less fat than mfp suggests. I ate oatmeal 3 times; really hoping that LDL number is under 100 when I get another blood test. I had plenty of blueberries which are supposed to be good for all sorts of reasons, but I was really short on veggies.
