Keep in mind that weight can fluctuate daily, for a variety of reasons. I am always hovering between 135-140 depending, and for that reason I very rarely weigh myself. Just continue eating a healthy amount for you, be physically active regularly, and your body will respond positively. Don't give so much power to a mere number on the scale. Very glad you are eating again.
