I lost the couple lbs I had gained back (wasn't eating well) and am now down to 270 lbs. That's the lowest I've been in a few years. My first goal is 250 lbs. I've been eating mostly fruits, veggies, hard boiled eggs, hummus, and either some chicken or turkey for dinner. Cutting out carbs is rough. Lately my daily food intake looks like this: Breakfast, apple. Lunch, hard boiled egg, blackberries, strawberries, and carrots with hummus. Dinner, Chicken or turkey and a veggie. I had to cut out yogurt cause dairy free yogurt is expensive and has a lot of carbs. My stomach actually feels better since doing that. Weird. I haven't been having as many stomach issues with sticking to this diet. I feel like I have more energy tbh and I've been doing more. I can eat pretty cheaply too if I shop at aldi. Their fruits and veggies are inexpensive.
