I'm sorry if you didn't receive a response, allthegirls. A good idea there, might be to forward that PM back to the original admin, then to another admin to be addressed. There could be MANY reasons for the delay...pressing site issues to a discussion being had on the topic.

As far as feeling stifled, there should really be no surprises on posts/threads that are edited. Anything edited is done so in accordance with the guidelines...which all members acknowledge reading before joining.

Now there are cases where I can see it being confusing and those are usually cases of an ongoing disagreement between members where it's been mentioned in a way that the other parties involved are aware of...feeling flaming. Those types of posts can and usually are pulled, and I know that can appear confusing to members not involved.

If there's ever ANY question, PM one, some or all of the mod/admin team. We'll answer to the best of our ability while maintaining any confidences we have.

If you have a concern/issue with the current guidelines, those should be addressed directly with admin. and in PM.
