I'm exercising again!!!
I should be more specific. Lungesquat jumps (forget the name) finishing off a cycle of abdominal crunches, shoulder raises, few upper back work, few chest "flies" (emphasis on front deltoids)...basically getting some strengthening moves back as opposed to just cardio, but doing it quick enough to increase heart rate, but not too intense to keep from headaches. Yay!

I'm excited, can you tell?! :P
