Hey guys,
I've always had some problems with sleeping - often it'll take me a little while to get to sleep - but lately it's been pretty bad. About a month and a half ago I had a night where I got no sleep whatsoever for the first time ever. In the past I'd only get one or two hours, but to have none at all? That was new. I'm not sure why it happened and it took a few days for it to go back to normal again.
The problem is the entirely sleepless night has occurred again - no matter what I just couldn't fall asleep last night and the strange thing is this morning I don't even feel overly tired. Again, I have no idea of the cause. I'm not feeling stressed and I'm not on medication - in fact I've been psych medicine free for two months, as my anxiety had been manageable - so I'm not sure what's been causing this.
Has anyone had this happen to you? If so, how did you prevent it from happening again?
