For myself my dissociation/depersonalization never seemed to be a thing on its own, its always connected to high stress levels in one way or another.

Over time and talking w ppl about it I understood dissociation in general as an 'emergency program' that is there to protect the human brain from damage due to emotional or sensory overload.

Also neurotypical ppl can experience it in highly demanding life situations.

So I think this questonaire leaves out a lot of things. Its suggestions are almost only based on how often u found urself in dissociation.

This also means, to give proper answers, u have to be aware of the dissociation/depersonalization afterwards, which is not always the case.
