It looks like I did not get to the banana on my menu plan yesterday. I have had 2000 calories. I ran out of fruit for the smoothie, so I will have to pick uo some more. Tomorrow I will start out with oatmeal. Then I will have a spicy iItalian sausage. I will have this with refried beans, and then perhaps a soup and cheese sandwich.
