I'm seeing a nutritionist on the 26th so gonna see what she says. I'm close to eating vegetarian except the small amount of eggs and chicken/turkey I've been eating. Man cutting carbs is no joke.

Yes I take pictures of my meals, mostly to send to my husband cause we exchange pictures of what we eat during the day. I'm eating more than when he was here, so he's glad about that. I've been losing more weight by eating more too. Now I just need to add exercise.
