as said above, it is so good she can trust you and open up to you, and tell you. Even when my parents found out I SI (after a decade of covering it up) I still cannot talk to them about it. Occasionally my mother will ask me outright and I can't even admit to her then that I am SIing...I don't even have to hide it from them- I live 1000km away (!!) but I just have major trust issues with my mother and not such a close relationship. I hope that you and your daughter can work through this, again she is lucky to have you by her side.
