Thanks people--I had a work up at the ER two weeks ago. Some tests were off, but doctor let me go....I have had trouble swallowing as well, (which I think is automatic due to increased anxiety over the year) and now nausea. The inflammation of your rib cage makes sense, as one doc asked me if I would take Advil. I was on Celexa for about 5 days before I stopped it due to severe nausea. My thyroid was checked as being unbalanced, as it went up a lot over the course of one year.
Ya know--I've always been pretty healthy, but now I guess it's just time to really take my health seriously. I notice the pain after I take certain meds. I got a massage last night and had my chest massaged, the muscles were super sore---it helped. Also, I haven't had to take an Ativan in 24 hours, so go figure---sometimes I feel like a real nutcase because I get different symptoms at different times.
I was getting stable and working towards recovery for a year and felt pretty good, the let down came when I moved back "home" and now my feelings of physical "not well" entangles with my emotional feelings as well. I think I am sad/depressed, but antidepressants and I do not get along, they give me unpleasant side effects, agh heck--heinz 57 mutt with myriads of issues, dear Jesus please give me clarity and peace.........I just do not feel well---and i notice that is definately a statement I make as my 'pattern' when I am depressed and can't communicate it to others---sorry.
