I've read this, too. So, organic wheat like Bob's Red Mills has no glyphosate. I'm curious if anyone here who has an intolerance to wheat has tried this or another glyphosate-free wheat?

I've also read that other, perhaps older(?), strains of wheat are lower gluten and are more easily tolerated.

I suppose both could be true. Or both could be false. I think the jury may still be out on this one.
