I thought last night I was going to have a sleepless night. But I got a restless hour of sleep from about 4 - 5 this morning. I don't take any sort of medication and I don't drink caffeine. I can't tie my nights of few hours of sleep to anything specific either. Although some of the nights I am completely wired. Again, no medication and no caffeine. I don't know what it is. I've tried all (okay, probably most) the suggestions out there. I'm still struggling to accept and live with it though. My life is boring enough and now I've added a bunch more hours to my waking hours. Bleh.
I hope you find an answer. I know I hate not sleeping.
