Random acts of kindness. The good in the world.
Warmth of sunshine and beauty of the moon.
Rescuing an animal who loves you more than anything.
Breathing in the cold air and taking in the calm
Trying something new and scary
Carrying on for those who have passed
Making new friends
Bubble baths and chocolate
Listening to music and crying
Getting lost in the most amazing book
Swimming in deep water
Laughing until you cry
Cooking an amazing new recipe
Hugging a big fluffy teddy bear in the store

Depression sucks, but I promise you the fight is worth it. You are loved here and I will tell you that every single day if it helps.
