I don't who all has my latest threads, but I wanted to ask a favor. I'm writing a note to my pdoc that I have an appointment with tomorrow. It's filled with everything I can think of and is me trying to be completely honest. (I write notes every visit. I can't talk for many reasons)

I'm hoping this will 'wake' him up to everything.

Anyways, I'm almost done typing my note and I was wondering if I could message it to anyone to preview and get feedback? I don't want to sound all out of order. I want it to be clear and concise. I don't feel comfortable posting out in the open.
