With the thorazine I doubt you would need the ambien, but you never know.

I take clozaril for my depression with psychotic features. I know that when I first began taking it, boy did I get a good nights sleep..... like 24 hrs of sleep .

After I became used to the dose I still take it at night, most of the time, but I can actually get up in the morning too.
