I’m taking abilify and finding it really hard to focus in my classes as a side effect. I called my pdoc and he said he wants to prescribe me something for focus, but I don’t see him for another few weeks.

I’m wondering if anyone has any recommendations of a good over the counter focus medication/vitamin that could help in the mean time, or even instead of a prescription? Thanks.
