I'm ok with caffeine.
I just over did it once with caffeine pills when I was in tech school in the Air Force and I ended up throwing up all over the place. I think it was caffeine intoxication. I had been using them exclusively for months and not sleeping - not eating. They were substitute for everything.
Now, I'm ok with coffee and such. It's not a problem.
