Well, I’m gonna try.
My plan is to eat less wheat- that seems to make me bloated and bind water more than before starting seroquel.

I also plan to snack on fruit and vegetable.

What I have read is that seroquel can affect several things- both metabolism and also how the brain store fat/sugar. And can also cause craving for sugar/carbs. Latter maybe because it affects insulin and the body compensate by urging more carb/sugar.

And I have a water bottle with me all the time, trying to drink reasonably.

For me it’s easier to eat healthy than to resist the hunger. So I drink water, eat fruit and vegetable and try to eat wholegrain products and less carbs.

I believe everything is possible, some things are just really hard and/or take time.

Not much help in my answer, though, I just wanted to chime in and follow this thread.

Best of luck to us both
Thanks for this!
