I think for me I’m taking it to train my body to go to sleep when I tell it along with my weighted blanket, turning off electronic devices one hour before bedtime, yoga, not eating a couple of hours before bedtime, hot bath. Those aforementioned things are all tactics I know of. When I asked my p doc about ptsd in a rhetorical manner he said I still have that but I also have bp mixed moderate. For me a lot of it has to do with work and appetite and hunger and tiredness. I was getting off nights but now I’m getting off earlier in exchange for getting up earlier. It’s so utterly frustrating.
