not familiar with it, but...non-drug solutions aren't as well studied as the drugs, but they're usually cheaper and safer.
amphetamines are tricky, especially if you have Bipolar Disorder. they can boost mood in depression, but also cause more mood instability. having said that, i had a shrink once who told me that she felt more comfortable prescribing amphetamines than many antidepressants in Bipolar. the antidepressants (according to her...) caused more unpredictable adverse effects.
anyway...there are non-drug options. i don't know anything about this course, but I think you're right to look for ways to reduce your need for psych drugs.
i dont know if you're into "alternative" mental health, but I take tons of vitamins on top of my 2 drug combo. helps anxiety, I've managed to (miraculously...) "recover" from a lot of things, and I don't have problems with major adverse effects, even with a long term 'atypical' tranquilizer on board. some people do this sort of thing and then eventually taper off their psych drugs.
