My sister was talking today about how she feels in burn out because of work... Today's moorning felt like days ago she said... Welcome to my world since the beginning of times I thought, but my mouth my kept shut.

She has suffered from depression in the past and she has a dystimic background...I know relapsing is a worry to her, but I just don't feel comfortable talking about these things.
