kiya... you make a lot of sense... i think the things we eat have a lot to do with what is going on with si... i did an experiment... this weekend... last week on tuesday when my anxiety was so out of control... i had 3 large mugs of coffee (not on purpose well on purpose but not as an experiment)... so the rest of the week i did half decaff half caffeinated... and guess what... grrrrrr so this weekend i made regular coffee and almost immediately after i could feel my body react... so i guess its decaff for me do they have de chocolate? i know my med doc has told me to stay away from coffee, caffeinated soda and chocolate when i am having anxiety... as for the connection with si... anxiety is the trigger for me... and when you add flashbacks and real life fear... you know? i am proud of you for making the connection... stay safe...lyn
