ATe a not healthy sausage sandwich with lettuce and tomato and peppers
and a side of cole slaw.
snack at 4pm= hand fulls of smoked almonds
For dinner:
pork chop sauteed in coconut oil
tabouli
tomatoes and carrots with a bit of ranch dressing.
blueberries
half an avocado
many chocolate squares...
Hot tea
took evening meds. mostly so that geodon has a meal to do its thing!
