I too experience rapid cycling. Staying busy helps...I'm doing a scrapbook with tarot cards... also I practice staying in the moment...called mindfulness...I meditate...I don't drink or use drugs as this makes it worse...I hike in the forest or walk the dog in the park...I write poetry of journal to smash those moods on a page...sometimes I just get in the car and drive. I do take meds. I've accepted that I do better on them than off of them.
