I'm not sure I have any tips, but I understand the feeling of being unmotivated. For me it turned out to be an issue of anxiety, rather than motivation, and once I began to address the anxiety, I began to allow myself to have interest in hobbies, etc.
I guess it depends on what your interested in. I know, in the past, having a group activity used to motivate me to go. Like I do a group guitar lesson, and I am motivated to go because I know people in the group now. I joined a hockey league at one point, and was motivated to go because my team depended on me.
Maybe you could join a book club or sewing club or whatever club to give you motivation to go?
