I would call to get an appointment with her and just sort of fumble my way through "this week's" days of the week; do an "I have time Tuesday does she have any openings then? No? Well is she on walk-in then, she was last time?" :-)

They have to have a phone number, where would you call if you had a question after an appointment? Can you call and tell them you have a question about your appointment you had with Dr. X? I'd keep calling until they got tired of me and gave me what I wanted.
