I really wish the Pdocs would seriously treat the inability to sleep with much more seriousness. Lack of sleep is such a powerful trigger to trip us into an episode. I truly believe my recent run of stability is due to the many meds I take just to sleep, never before have I gotten such good regular sleep......it makes a huge difference. I hope your doc gets the script called in pronto!
