not all docs will prescribe restoril, but the 30mgs restoril capsule...man oh man. that was my go to pill for when i just needed --sleep--, damnit!

any benzodiazepine will do the trick. gabapentin. lyrica. vistaril/atarax. some people swear by doxepin, but i hate the stuff.
