My memories er very different. Sometimes they are very vivid, it's like I'm right back at the time it happened. A lot of emotion is connected to these memories.
Other times it's just still photos or like a panoramic view and I can see myself like you described. There are no emotions and sometimes I even wonder if it's something real, because it feels like a memory I didn't know I had. I'm afraid I can't explain it any better.
