NyQuil ? When I have long stretches of no sleep it has helped me some. They now have straight ZQuil now.

Melatonin also seems to help a bit.

I hope your pdocs office gets there shyt literally together and send over a simple damn script for Trazadone it’s not like a scheduled drug or anything , my husband takes it for sleep.
