This is an old thread, but I'd like to add that oftentimes naloxone is used with suboxone to prevent addiction to the suboxone.

Some people, for many reasons, are addicts that are seeking a high. Some people are not seeking a high. For those who do not seek a high from medication I think suboxone could be a very helpful med.
