We live in the "Lake Effect Snow" region. The farther north we drive, the more snow there is. My dad works near Chardon...who gets 16-20" to out 4-6", it's Ohio's Buffalo. So we get snow when everyone else has nice weather. The snow days are WONDERFUL...but I get cabin fever after a while. By March I am so SICK and TIRED of snow I want to scream.
When I lived in VA they FREAKED when it snowed.

Idiot drivers everywhere. So we stayed inside. lol

Driving in snow doesn't faze me anymore. So I brave the roads from time to time.
My mom said when she worked in Baltimore (eons ago) if they got enough snow to cover the street the city shut down. lol
Hopefully the snow will let up so you can get out. There's a lot of time between now and the weekend.
