I recently had blood work done because my doctor wanted to check for autoimmune problems and my ANA and titer were positive. Generally, most of the time I am tired and achy. Autoimmune disorders can definitely cause inflammation.

I'm curious to see if they are indeed common together.


Yes inflammation can cause a mood disorder. Look into doing a Whole30 .
