I was wondering if anyone knows the name of this type of voucher and why they are so rare? The case workers do not really offer too much information about them.
I've never heard of bipolar houses! What states have these? I've heard about this happening for other conditions. I've also heard of "creative housing" but don't think that's it at all.
Thanks for this!
