Well my book for the BodyBoss workout arrived yesterday and I flipped through it. It looks like a good comprehensive workout.
They have a 4 week, build up program, to start you off, if you're out of shape before you start the core program.
It's all done with body weight, so I can do it at home, and don't have to go the gym, which I like.
