PB2 is powdered peanut butter. It has 85% less fat than regular peanut butter. You can reconstitute it with water and spread it or mix it into shakes, yogurt, recipes, etc.
Target has it. Scroll down in that listing and you will see there is also chocolate which I like. I didn't realize JIF is making powdered PB until I saw that listing. I have been getting the 1 lb jars at Amazon.
I usually marinate chicken and roast it. With some marinades, I may be under reporting slightly though sometimes I use a baked chicken entry on MFP that is more calories. 4 oz of skinless chicken breast is usually somewhere between 120 and 150 calories.
