I feel I need T. I think I am ok with that, but mostly in my life needing anyone and anything apart from myself and my own resources has been very uncomfortable. So needingT has been hard and uncomfortable at times, but overall it has been very good and healing. Also I think in general my feeling of need has got less intense over time, and I've become better at being nice to myself and take care of myself and accept care from others, so that also lessens the intensity of the needy feelings.
