My anxiety has been so bad these pasts few days that it's hard to get to class. It's enough of a struggle just waking up, eating breakfast, etc (I have depression too) and add getting to class on top of that and it just feels like I can't do it. But I need to be there for an important assignment this week. What do you do when you are freaking out about doing something and just feel like you can't but know you have to?
