Thanks guys. Start seeing my new therapist for intake this morning. I actually slept pretty well after listening to a guided meditation last night. Got up around 7:30am. Went to bed around 2pm. So I slept pretty decent. I felt pretty decent a bit. Woke up a bit refreshed too. Going to take my meds more and see if I can get my self thinking well again. Thoughts started rushing a bit. But working around with them. Wish me luck.
