Thanks to everyone for sharing their experiences and methods of mitigating bipolar impulsiveness. My last psychotic manic episode landed me for a month in a forensic psychiatric ward. I acted out impulsively.

Fortunately I found out yesterday that all the charges are going to be dropped. I have to do some kind of mental health diversion... that is all.

It's been a 5 month wait to find out how the Crown wanted to proceed and I was quite anxious about it all that time.

That's the first time I've ever had a lawyer or any legal troubles btw. But yeah I was acting out delusional ideas without thinking of the consequences at the time.
