you can find an online version (not the professional for diagnosis purposes version) here...

Web Home of the MID | Developed by Paul Dell, PhD

the online version is through a microsoft program .... that means you have to have microsoft office which comes with all the microsoft programs that are built into this online version of this test (microsoft word, microsoft power point / excell and so on...)

the professional off line version can only be gotten through a treatment provider ordering it (they have to use their agency codes and what ever professional testing companies their agency uses.

think of this kind of like those Achievement tests (SAT's) teachers give students in school once a year. they have to be ordered because they change every year and theres special codes used in the ordering, most times requiring the treatment providers credentials, state codes, codes of which version, length of questions and so on.

also keep in mind the online versions will not tell you whether you actually have a mental disorder. they dont take into consideration many different aspects of evaluating whether someone has a mental disorder like a persons race, culture, meds, life style, history, face to face inventory, and much more...

also keep in mind that some key questions in the online version are worded differently in the professional version or have been excluded and general questions added to fill in the blank spots or shortened the online version. So again its not going to give you an actual diagnosis.

its an online dissociative test so of course everyone who takes it online will have some form of dissociation, there are no excluding factors like taking into consideration other mental or physical health problems or meds....

my point this test isnt going to answer any real questions all its going to do is tell you how you answered the questions ....at the moment..... you took the test.

I have taken this test 6 times and received 6 different scores/ outcomes. two of these were answering the questions identically by writing down my answers and still got different scores.
