I believe I did once when I was in my 20's. I was working as a group leader in a factory and was just stressed all the time. I don't know how to describe the episode except that one day I basically forgot all that had happened over the last couple of months. It was something of a relief in that my stress was reduced. But it was also embarrassing to admit to myself that I had forgotten so much. I hid it as well as I could from my colleagues, but I did tell a few people. The fallout wasn't as bad as it could have been, but that may have been because they already thought of me as weird, lol.
