Anxiety has always been a problem for me. So I've had many experiences such as this over the years, related both to school & work. In my case, I always just forced myself to do what I had to do. I can't say it was always a great success.

Sometimes it worked out okay. Sometimes it was something just short of abysmal. But I never felt as though I had any choice.

Perhaps some physical exercise might help to burn off some of that anxiety, even if it's just going for a nice long walk. Good luck!
