<font color="red"> WARNING: Triggers </font>

I started on 10 mg of Abilify Friday night. Yesterday and today I haven't been able to relax. I've been really tired or really wired! My psych. dr. called this afternoon to say its part of the Abilify ("feelings of restlessness") and to cut it in half for a week until I see her again. The effect is HORRIBLE. Just buzzing internally and not able to even concentrate on things other than "rote" things like driving, walking, eating... Sorry to say but the only thing that has calmed me down is some alcohol. I was hoping I'd get a script from her for an anti-anxiety med because this is worse than any anxiety I've ever had!
